Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our returns department.

  Receive Refund

  Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
